McKay v. Zuckerman

This is a civil action to recover property damages resulting from the defendant’s alleged negligent operation of a motor vehicle on a public highway in this state. The case was tried to a superior court justice sitting with a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff. It is before us on the defendant’s appeal from the judgment entered pursuant to that verdict.
