This appeal focuses on the financial aspects of a marriage that lasted almost forty years. Appellant Randy Cummings (husband) and appellee Sandra Cummings (wife) both appeal various aspects of the circuit court’s ruling. Husband’s arguments focus on the valuation and division of a family-owned business, the nominal alimony awarded to wife, and an award to wife of one-half of the value of gifts husband gave to a girlfriend (to whom he was later married) during the pendency of this case.
