Clayton Roberts appeals from a judgment of conviction of the killing of Delbert Trimble and his sentence of imprisonment for 21 years.
The appellant left his home in Oampton with a pistol in his pocket. At Jackson he got with a woman, not Ms wife, and on Saturday, December 23, 1944, went to West Liberty, taking the woman and four quarts of whiskey.
