Heidelberg Township (Township) appeals here the decision and order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) reversing the referee *110and allowing Claimant Patrick D.ostick benefits pursuant to Section 40.2(a) .of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1
