WILKINSON, Circuit Judge.

This case presents the question of whether a conviction for a simulated controlled substance qualifies as a “controlled substance offense” under United States Sentencing Guidelines Section 2K2.1. Defendant Andre Mills pled guilty to possession of ammunition by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (2000).
