This is an action upon a promissory note executed by John H. Gilreath on November 7, 1935, in favor of the appellant, which note was endorsed by P. D. Gilreath, T. G. Gilreath and J. F. Gilreath, Jr., The complaint is in the usual form. The maker and all endorsers, except respondent, are non-residents of this State, and for this reason respondent alone was designated as party defendant.
