Kundert v. Kundert

Capitola Kundert, before her marriage, owned some city lots, not of very great value. She married Oscar Kundert, who owned a house and lot, more valuable than the lots which she owned. They had trouble and separated; no children were born of the marriage.

The wife brought suit for divorce and alimony; the husband, being duly and regularly served with process, filed an answer and cross-petition; the case was set for trial, and the wife with her attorney appeared.
