for the Court:

¶ 1. Jeffrey Kleckner was indicted by a grand jury of Union County in October 2008 for three counts of the sexual battery of AB,1 and one count of touching AB for lustful purposes. Kleckner was tried and convicted of all four charges. The Union County Circuit Court sentenced Kleckner to three concurrent life sentences for his sexual-battery convictions and to a consecutive fifteen-year sentence for his conviction for touching a child for lustful purposes.
