STEPHENS, Chief Justice.
In February 1991, a jury convicted attorney Cline of three felonies (unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree, sodomy in the second degree, and sexual abuse in the first degree) and a Class A misdemeanor (unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree). The Kentucky Bar Association, through the Chairman of the Inquiry Tribunal, petitioned for Cline’s temporary suspension from the practice of law.
