This suit was instituted by the appellant, Bettie Hemler, against the Hucony Gas Company, a corporation, and Atkinson & Sandifer Oil Corporation, the appellant alleging that she had an agreement with the ap-pellee Hucony Gas Company for the acquiring of oil and gas leases and drilling contracts covering certain lands in Jones county, Tex., described in the plaintiff’s petition.
