I. Introduction

Frank N. Zaino (the “Plaintiff’) and Rose Marie Zaino (the “Defendant”) each filed complaints to determine the dis-chargeability of a judgment debt which the Plaintiff owes the Defendant as a result of the Plaintiffs failure to fully disclose his assets in an earlier divorce proceeding and his fraudulent actions in the later action to re-open the divorce.
