Brady, Tom P., J., This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Humphreys County, Mississippi in favor of the appellee, Mrs. Mervin Crawford Switzer, against the appellant, Prudence Mutual Casualty Company. The judgment was for the sum of $10,000 for the accidental death of appellee’s husband under the provisions of an accident-insurance policy issued by the appellant in which the appellee was named a beneficiary. The issue was submitted to the jury and a verdict was returned in favor of the appellee, Mrs. Switzer. It is from this judgment that the appellant has appealed.
