Now pending before the court is a motion to remand and a motion for leave to file an amended complaint, filed by plaintiff James L. Cunningham. The defendants, Twin City Fire Insurance Company (hereinafter “Twin City”) and Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (hereinafter “Hartford Financial”), oppose Mr. Cunningham’s motion to remand on the grounds that the court has diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
