STONE, Justice.

Appellant, Lucio De Los Santos, appeals from a conviction of murder. The jury sentenced appellant to life imprisonment and imposed a $10,000 fine. On appeal appellant alleges reversible error caused by: improper jury argument by the prosecutor during both the guilt/innoeenee and punishment phases of trial; ineffective assistance of trial counsel; and factual insufficiency of the evidence. We agree that the prosecutor presented reversibly harmful jury argument during the punishment phase of trial. However, we find no merit in appellant’s remaining allegations of error.…
