ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR REMAND AND GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Remand Defendant’s Notice of Removal to Federal Court [DE 4], and Defendant’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss or Stay Case [DE 16] (“Motion to Compel Arbitration”).
