These disciplinary proceedings arise from separate transactions involving four of respondent’s clients. In June, 1975, the Middesex County Ethics Committee received the first complaint against respondent from Callie Hawkins, who was dissatisfied with Rabb’s handling of her false arrest claim against a department store. In due course a statement of charges was filed against Rabb.
