ORDER

EDENFIELD, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Vivian T. Johnson brings this action pursuant to Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12102, 12111-12117 (“ADA”), after being fired by defendant Ogeechee Behavioral Health Services (“Ogeechee”). Ogeechee moves for summary judgment, alleging to be an arm of the State of Georgia, thus entitled to Georgia’s Eleventh Amendment immunity. In the alternative, Ogeechee moves for summary judg ment on the merits of Johnson’s ADA claim.
