Cross appeals from an order of the Family Court of Essex County (Heussi, S.M.), entered October 28, 2009, which, among other things, granted plaintiffs motion for an order of child support.
Plaintiff and defendant were married in 2001 and are the parents of twins (born 2007). In July 2008, plaintiff commenced this action for divorce seeking, among other things, an order of custody and an order of child support.
