DOYLE, Presiding Judge.

Frank Parker slipped while grocery shopping in a local Food Depot and filed the instant personal injury lawsuit against All American Quality Foods, which operated the store. Parker appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the store, and we reverse for the reasons that follow.

Summary judgment is proper when there is no genuine issue of material fact and the movant is entitled to judgment *690as a matter of law. OCGA § 9-11-56 (c). Ade novo standard of review applies to an appeal from a grant of summary judgment, and we view the evidence, and all reasonable…
