WALKER, Chief Justice.
This was an action in trespass to try title, statutory petition and answer of not guilty, by appellants, N. W. Murphy and L. W. Morris, against appellees, W. T. Jamison, L. P. Unkel, Clayton N. Smith, and Stano-lind Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, for the title and possession of 320.75 acres of land, the west-half of I. & G. N. Rr. Co. Survey No. 9, and 195 acres of I. & G. N.
