OPINION

GLENN A NORTON, Judge.

Gregory Hudson appeals the judgment entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of one count each of murder in the first degree and armed criminal action. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

On April 27, 2004, Ashley Arnold and Cortez Burton were driving to Bonnie Polk’s apartment when they saw Hudson, an acquaintance from school, waiting at a bus stop. Arnold and Burton pulled up to the bus stop and asked Hudson if he wanted a ride.
