MEMORANDUM ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding is before the court upon the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff on January 26, 2006, asking the court to award it a judgment against the Defendant/Debtor in the amount of $17,769.00, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and attorneys’ fees, and to determine that the judgment is nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (4), and/or (6) (2005).
