Proceeding pro se, Plaintiff Sai brings this action under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a. 1 Although the Court has yet to set a schedule for summary judgment briefing, Plaintiff has filed over a dozen motions to date.
