Bisso Towboat Company appeals from a judgment rendered against it in favor of its employee, Lee Pichoff, for injuries Pichoff suffered while repairing Bisso’s boat. Pi-choff cross-appeals from the denial of his motion for additur. We affirm.

Bisso operated a tugboat service and boat repair yard in New Orleans. In late 1980, it made plans to expand its business by starting a launch service to ferry crews and supplies from Burnside, Louisiana to ships anchored offshore.
