The Seaboard Citizens National Bank of Norfolk, Administrator dlb.n.c.t.a. of the Estate of Francis Richardson, deceased, instituted a chancery suit on June 7, 1957 in the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk praying for the advice and guidance of the court as to the proper distribution of funds it received approximately thirty years after Richardson’s death, and that it be permitted to state and settle its accounts in the suit.
