GLADNEY, Judge.
This suit was instituted for the recovery of damages sustained by plaintiffs Roy Miller and his wife, Mrs. Lucille Looney Miller. Mrs. Miller’s claim is for personal injuries and the claim of her husband is for damage to his car and for the reimbursement of medical expenses.
Plaintiffs’ petition alleges that on April 10, 1951, at about 2:45 P. M., the petitioner, Mrs. Lucille Looney Miller, alone in the car at the time, was driving her husband’s automobile in a westerly direction along a gravel road known as the Lake Road, approximately four miles south of Sibley, in Webster…
