Crown Services, Inc. (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ)1 granting William F. Beck (Claimant) benefits for a work-related injury to his lower back.
*1335On May 13, 1987, Claimant sustained a work-related injury when three of the fingers on his left hand were caught in a piece of heavy machinery, which eventually required the partial amputation of all three of those fingers.2 As a result of this injury, Claimant immediately began to receive temporary total disability…
