This is an employer’s petition to review the respondent employee’s capacity for work, based on the latter’s notice of intention to dispute the petitioner’s notice of intention to discontinue compensation for partial incapacity. The cause is before us on the respondent’s appeal from a decree of the workmen’s compensation commission affirming the decree of a single commissioner ordering dis continuance of compensation by reason of the respondent’s ability to resume his former work.
