TAMILIA, Judge:

This is an appeal from the August 22, 1990, Order dismissing appellant’s petition for contempt from a previous Order of support, and suspending the Order of support retroactive to January 10, 1989.

Appellant, Carole Calloway, applied for child support by filing a complaint against appellee, Thomas Calloway, on April 8, 1982. On May 12, 1982, appellee acknowledged paternity of the children involved and a support Order for those children was entered.
