On November 8, 1916, G-. H. Joslyn and wife executed a warranty deed to T. W. Johnson, conveying to Johnson lot 3, block 5, in Joslyn’s Addition to the town of Gould, Arkansas, the said lot being shown on the plat duly recorded in Lincoln County, Arkansas.
