MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause came before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt, and Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. A trial was held in which the parties were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and arguments they wished the Court to consider in reaching its decision. The Court has reviewed the written arguments of counsel, exhibits, relevant statutory and case law, as well as the entire record in the case.
