The defendant herein seeks permission to inspect the minutes of the Grand Jury that voted an indictment against him charging him with the crime of forgery in the second degree and grand larceny in the first degree.
One of the grounds urged by the defendant warrants comment because as far as I can ascertain, it is the first time the argument has been advanced in this court.
