Appellants Mohamed Habib and Middle East Services (“MES”) (hereafter collectively “Habib”) appeal from an order entered December 1, 1978 by Judge Oliver Gasch of the District Court for the District of Columbia granting summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds to defendant Raytheon Company and Raytheon Services Company (“Rayserve”) on Habib’s claims for breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relationships, and conspiracy to defraud.
