MEMORANDUM OPINION

FRANK W. KOGER, Bankruptcy Judge.

FACTS

Jehan-Das, Inc., filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 20, 1981. The corporation continued to do business as a debtor-in-pos session. No plan was ever confirmed. Due to the debtor’s inability to reorganize, business operations ceased during 1984 and the estate was ultimately liquidated.
