Charles Morris brought suit against Michael DeLong, Ploof Truck Lines, Inc. (PTL) and Transport Indemnity Company, PTL's insurer, seeking damages for injuries incurred in an accident between Morris' automobile and PTL's truck, driven by DeLong.
