CASANUEVA, Judge.

Ricardo Luis Arenas petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to review a circuit court order that denied his petition for writ of certiorari. The circuit court’s denial affirmed an administrative hearing officer’s decision that sustained the suspension of Mr. Arenas’ driver’s license. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (the DHSMV) had suspended his license based on his refusal to submit to a breath test upon being arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage (DUI).
