STANLEY MILLEDGE, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the judgment of the county judge’s court of Dade County, pursuant to a jury verdict determining dower, notwithstanding a pre-nuptial agreement for the payment of a sum of money in lieu of dower. At the time the decedent, David Selikin, and the appellee, Valesca Gottgetreu, met, the former was 74 and the latter 60. Both had been married before and had adult children.
