Judgments, entered after a jury trial, Supreme Court, New York County (Hilda Schwartz, J.), on July 22 and July 28,1982, as amended on August 6, 1982, in favor of the plaintiff upon a jury verdict in his favor in the sum of $1,500,000, unanimously reversed, on the law, and a new trial ordered, with costs and disbursements to abide the event. In answer to interrogatories, the jury apportioned liability 35% against the defendant Morse Diesel, 45% against the third-party defendant Ronsco Construction, and 20% against the third-party defendant Ermco Erectors.
