The state, with the permission of the trial court pursuant to General Statutes § 54-961 appeals from the trial court’s judgment dismissing with preju*791dice three counts of arson in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-lll and 53a-8 and one count of conspiracy to commit arson in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-lll.
