OPINION
THOMAS L. PERKINS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the Debtor’s Emergency Motion to Obtain Secured Credit secured by a superpriority lien and the motion of NORTHWEST BANK & TRUST COMPANY (NORTHWEST), to prohibit the use of cash collateral.
The Debtor, WINDSOR HOTEL, LLC (DEBTOR), filed a Chapter 11 petition on March 28, 2003. The DEBTOR operates a partially renovated, one hundred nineteen room, full-service hotel (“HOTEL”), located on the outskirts of Galesburg, Illinois.
