HARPEB, Judge.
—On a former day of this term this case was affirmed, Judge Davidson at that time dissenting, he stating in the memorandum attached to the opinion that “there was error in regard to admitting evidence of the erasure of the name on the hotel register, and in the hills in regard to the witnesses Bynum and Lockwood.” At the request of my associates I have taken the record and read and studied it carefully and thoughtfully, the able and exhaustive briefs filed by counsel for appellant and for the State, as well as the motion for rehearing filed herein.
