This suit was instituted by Mrs. Sallie Fleming and others, all of whom are appellees herein, against Mrs. Bettie Pellum, appellant herein, and others, who are also appellees, to establish the respective interests of the several parties to the suit in and to about 224 acres of land in Coryell county, Tex., and to have the same partitioned among said parties.
