Petitioner, the Fair Employment Practices Commission of the State of Illinois (FEPC), appeals from an order of the trial court which dismissed its petition to enforce a subpoena against respondents, Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center (Rush) and Charles A. Freeman, Associate Administrator of Human Resources for Rush (Freeman).
