OPINION

Defendant-appellant, Rusty E. Mootispaw, appeals a Fayette County Court of Common Pleas judgment entry denying his petition for postconviction relief. The trial court's decision is affirmed.

On May 22, 1981, appellant was indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary, complicity to commit aggravated burglary, and aggravated murder. Appellant pled guilty to an amended indictment charging one count of murder and an entry of judgment was filed on September 25, 1981.
