Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Buckley, J.), entered August 1, 2012, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify two prior orders of custody.
Respondents are the parents of two daughters (born in 1999 and 1995). As a result of two prior orders, respondent Diana L.
