This was a suit in trespass to try title involving five acres of land of the probable value of $50. Both parties pleaded the 10-year statute of limitation. This issue, together with the plea of improvements' in good faith by appellees, was all that was' submitted to the jury. The jury found in favor of appellees on the limitation issue, and assessed the value of the improvements' made by appellant at $18.30.
