Affirming.

Claiming that he had been employed as a policeman of the city of Middlesboro on August 31, 1937, and that he had been discharged from that office without cause on January 3, 1938, appellant instituted this action to recover his salary of $75 per month from January 5, 1938, the date on which he received notification of his discharge, until such time as he might be reinstated.
