This is an action for divorce on the ground of desertion. It was plaintiff who ceased to live at the common domicile. He invokes the doctrine of constructive desertion. It is our task to determine whether and to what extent the doctrine of constructive desertion obtains in Pennsylvania and whether plaintiff has brought himself within the operation of the principle.
