THIS CASE came before the Court to consider the Objection to Claim filed by the Debtors, William Charles Busch and Diane Cluthe Busch, and the Motion by United States to Dismiss Contested Matter. Both pleadings relate to a Proof of Claim filed by the Department of Treasury — Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the Debtors’ Chapter 13 ease.
