The Vice-Chancellor:

The question is whether a case has been made for the appointment of a receiver pendente lite. Facts appearing in the earlier opinion need not be restated. (See ante p. 58, 13 A. 2d 168.) By the last amendment to the bill, allegations are .added which complain primarily of the activities of defendant in connection with the disposal of a part of its real estate. Four of defendant’s trustees, the majority, have participated in these activities; while three trustees, the minority, have generally opposed.
